Can Frigid repair my lowering device?
Does Frigid Fluid Co. have a warranty on its manufactured products?
Do you have any lists or information about the type of preventive maintenance that should be performed on lowering devices to keep them in good working order or tips on troubleshooting?
Please send me info on your casket carriers. I have viewied several online as well as catalogs and have noticed some differences. In some catalogs they show 10 in. wheels, others show 12 in. wheels. I am wondering if this is an option or a different model
Do you have anyone certified in my area to service lowering devices?
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE when you order 8 or more cases of embalming fluid (Humectant, Free Flo and Plasma Flo count as 1/2 case each). Any sundries added to a qualifying fluid order will also ship FREE!

All products available for purchase on line will be shipped via UPS. Due to the hazardous nature of many of our products, UPS Ground service is usually the only option. This web site allows you to choose between Ground and 2nd Day Air even when hazardous products are contained in the order, but in these cases the shipping method will be changed to UPS Ground when the order is processed.

In-Stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Central time will be shipped same-day. You will receive a UPS tracking code via e-mail when your order has shipped.

RETURNS
If you receive an order containing defective parts/products or an order with portions missing, you must contact Frigid Fluid Co. or your Frigid sales representative within 45 days of the date of your original invoice to inform the company in order to have the items replaced at no charge. Defective items must be returned to Frigid Fluid Co. within 60 days of the original invoice in order to receive replacements at no charge.

After 60 days, missing or defective parts will be replaced at the originally invoiced price plus freight. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if the items are returned for credit after 60 days.

This policy does include missing parts on Frigid warranted products, but does not include defective parts on Frigid warranted products. Defective parts under a Frigid warranty will be replaced at no charge for the life of the warranty, but only upon return of the defective parts to Frigid Fluid Co.

The manufacturers' return policies shall apply to all those items that are not manufactured by Frigid Fluid Co.
